Kaiflex KKplus
Kaiflex KKplus, closed cell rubber insulation with very good properties for insulating cold systems down to -50⁰C and as condensation insulation.
The closed cell structure allows the material to form a permanent vapor barrier and guarantees reliable performance throughout the life of the system. Glued with special single-component adhesive.
Thanks to low smoke generation, Kaiflex KKplus s2 hoses reliably contribute to personal safety in case of fire.
Kaiflex Adhesive 414
Special adhesive for applying all flexible Kaiflex insulation materials (except Kaiflex EPDM). Perfect adhesion to metal substrates, no adhesion to asphalt, bitumen or red lead coatings (based on linseed oil). Contact adhesive based on polychloroprene, free of aromatics.
Kaiflex Specialty Adhesive 414 has been specially developed for bonding Kaiflex flexible insulation systems (except Kaiflex EPDM). It is also ideal for use with other closed-cell elastomeric (NBR) insulation.
