Noise reduction in a manufacturing environment
A lot of companies are engaged in an energy transition in the coming years. In many cases, this means installing heat pumps, among other things.
Last summer, we had the opportunity to install a prefab sound barrier to reduce the noise of three large heat pumps.
By producing the noise barrier prefabricated, the installation time was minimal. Great for the customer and local residents.
The prefab noise fence was constructed from just two sections of sendzimir-galvanised steel. We then fitted the steel structure with Sonodamp G100P panels and finished them with our standard profiles. To maintain the desired access to the heat pumps, we also used a Sonodamp sound-insulating door. Both the panels and the door have an Rw value of more than 31 dB.
